1. Add Gong to Paragon

Click the ”+” button in the workflow canvas and choose Gong from the sidebar. Under Connect your Gong account, choose “Add new account for Gong” and select the Gong account you want to connect to.

2. Query Gong

Once your Gong account is connected, you can add steps to perform the following actions:
  • Add a new Call
  • Get Call by ID
  • Search for Call
When creating or updating records in Gong, you can reference data from previous steps by typing {{ to invoke the variable menu.
